After completing a detailed intake form, I create a personalized plan using nutrient dense, better-for-you ingredients. Plans are intentionally structured with strategic meal repetition to simplify healthy eating, support consistency, reduce decision fatigue, and make meal prep realistic for busy lifestyles.
