My Health Journey
For years, I thought being healthy meant being smaller. 
Although I had always been active and super involved in sports, I cannot remember ever having a healthy relationship with food. It only became increasingly unhealthy as I entered high school and progressed through college. Like many women, I spent years chasing quick fixes and trying everything from the Keto diet to the military diet, eventually to excessive calorie restriction. What began as discipline became disordered and obsessive. 
At my lowest point, I was severely under-eating, over-stressed, emotionally exhausted, and physically depleted. My hair was thinning, skin dull and breaking out, and my anxiety was at an all time high. Sure, I had reached the 'smallest' number on the scale, but I truly never felt further from healthy. 
Coming out of an unhealthy season of life is uncomfortable, but staying there would have been worse. I made the decision to rebuild, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Through learning proper nutrition, strength training, sustainable habits, and a healthier relationship with food, I completely transformed my life. I’ve now maintained a 40+ pound weight loss, completed both a half marathon and full marathon, competed in HYROX, and most importantly, found balance and freedom in a lifestyle that once felt overwhelming.
However, my greatest transformations have nothing to do with the way I look. I became more confident. More present. More capable of showing up for the people around me. I learned that caring for your health is not about obsession with any physical image, but instead is about building a life where you have the energy, confidence, and capacity to fully live and serve others well. That belief became the foundation of Health with Molly. My coaching philosophy is simple: I believe food should nourish you and still be enjoyable. Exercise should empower you, not punish you. And healthy habits should support your life, not consume it. My goal is to help you build a sustainable lifestyle that gives you the energy, confidence, and freedom to fully show up for the people and experiences that matter most.
Because wellness is about more than how you look. It's about how you live.
